Elham Valley Railway museum
Kent
Dating back to the 1930’s, the Elham Valley Railway museum is a much loved attraction, allowing visitors a chance to step back in time to the bygone age of the steam train. With exhibitions containing an original signal box, the largest working model of the Channel Tunnel railway, as well as plenty more steam age memorabilia, the museum is full of history, as well as being set in beautiful grounds. With a cosy tea room and a resident duck family who are almost as popular as the trains themselves, the museum is a fun and quirky attraction, talking you right back to the ‘good old days!’
